Gator vs Judge

I designed and developed a custom eLearning module centered on the “Gator vs. Judge” concept, adapted from Influence Is Your Superpower. The course translates behavioral science principles into practical leadership skills, helping learners recognize instinctive (emotional) versus reflective (analytical) decision-making patterns and apply them in real workplace scenarios. Built as a core component of a bespoke leadership workshop, the module blends scenario-based learning, interactive reflection, and real-world application to reinforce key influence strategies and support lasting behavior change.
